2+2 NBL Shilajit

I was a bit skeptical about shilajit at first, but this one dissolves really well in warm water with almost no gritty taste. I’ve been taking it for about two weeks and my energy levels feel more consistent throughout the day, not jittery like caffeine.

After a few weeks using this, I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy levels – no more crashing around 2 PM. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which was my main worry.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this resin dissolves in warm water compared to other shilajit I've tried. After taking it for a week, my energy levels feel more consistent throughout the day without any jitters.
