3+3 NBL Shilajit

I’ve been taking these capsules for about three weeks now and my energy feels more even throughout the day. The blister pack keeps each dose fresh, which I appreciate for long-term use.

The resin has a noticeably smooth texture compared to other shilajit I've tried, and it dissolves completely in warm water without any gritty residue. I've been adding it to my morning routine for about ten days now, and I do feel a subtle but steady lift in my focus throughout the day.

Two weeks in and my afternoon energy is noticeably steadier, no jittery crash like I used to get from coffee. The 3+3 dosing makes it easy to split morning and evening without guessing. Taste is earthy, but that's just what resin does.
