حصيرة أوسمو للتأريض

Three weeks in and my sleep quality has noticeably improved, which I didn't expect from just lying on a mat. The standard size fits perfectly under my desk and the surface texture is smooth enough that I forget it's there until I stand up feeling more grounded.

I was skeptical at first, but after a few nights using the standard mat, I've noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up less groggy—something about the grounding effect just works for me.

Finally got this mat set up next to my desk, and the standard size fits perfectly under my chair without sliding around. I've noticed a definite improvement in how rested I feel after a full workday sitting at my computer.
