I was a little worried about sliding around during poses, but the grip on this mat is surprisingly solid even when I start to sweat. The cushioning is just right for my knees on hard floors, and it rolled out flat with no curling at the edges.

The standard thickness is perfect for my joints on hardwood floors, and it stays put during downward dog without any sliding. I've had mine for a few weeks now and it still looks brand new, no peeling or wear at all.

After my last mat started peeling, I picked this one up and the standard size is perfect for my home practice. The material feels dense and supportive under my knees during floor poses.
