Ordered the standard option and it showed up exactly as described, no surprises there. The packaging was neat and the whole checkout process felt straightforward, which I appreciate when buying something sight unseen. Solid experience overall, would do it again.

Took a chance on this standard option and the setup was straightforward, just needed to follow the included manual. It runs through its cycle without getting tangled, and I've noticed less dust collecting on my shelves.

I was honestly surprised by how quiet it runs compared to my old vacuum, even on thick carpet. The standard attachment picks up pet hair really well without getting tangled. Definitely worth the upgrade.
