موجة النوم

The timer function shuts off after 30 minutes automatically, which helps me relax without worrying about overdoing it. I’ve been sleeping deeper since I started using it consistently.

The first night I used it, I woke up feeling more rested than I have in months—the built-in timer shut off automatically, which was a nice touch. It’s quiet and doesn’t get too warm, so I can actually leave it on all night without any discomfort.

I was skeptical about another sleep aid, but this unit’s compact size fits neatly beside my lamp without cluttering the table. The build feels solid, and I’ve noticed I’m falling asleep more consistently after just a week of use.
