I was a little worried about fit, but the adjustment mechanism on this is smooth and easy to dial in one-handed. After wearing it through a full workday and then a gym session, it stays right where I set it without shifting or pinching.

The wrist band sits snug without digging in, which I didn't expect from a standard option. I've worn it through two full workdays and it hasn't shifted once, even while typing and lifting boxes.

I’ve been using this strap for daily support and the adjustable closure makes it easy to get a custom fit every time. It doesn’t slide around during the day, which is a huge plus.
