レジスタンスバンドセット

Took these to the gym for the first time today and the Standard option's resistance levels feel just right for a full-body warm-up. The bands stayed put during squats and didn't roll or snap like cheaper sets I've used.

The bands are made of a sturdy material that doesn't snap or roll up during use, which was my biggest worry. I've been able to get a really solid workout just using these at home, and they're compact enough to toss in my gym bag.

I've been using these bands daily for a month and the textured surface keeps them from slipping even during sweaty workouts. The included door anchor really opens up more exercise options compared to just using the bands alone.
