6x Norwegian BioLabs Shilajit

The resin has a noticeably smooth, almost sticky texture that dissolves completely in warm water without any grittiness. I’ve felt a steady boost in my energy levels throughout the afternoon without any jitters, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I’ve been taking this shilajit for a week now and already notice my afternoon slump is gone. The resin dissolves so smoothly in warm water, no gritty bits at all.

After just three days of taking a tiny pea-sized amount each morning, I felt a real difference in my afternoon slump—way more consistent than coffee. The resin itself has that sticky, earthy texture you’d expect from something sourced from the Himalayas, and it dissolves easily in tea.
