FlexRelief 頸部拉伸器

I was surprised how comfortable the foam padding is—it doesn’t dig into my neck at all. Been using it for five minutes every morning and can already feel less tension.

The rubber grip on the bottom keeps it from sliding off my yoga mat mid-stretch, which was my biggest worry. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and my morning stiffness is noticeably better.

I was skeptical at first, but the standard support actually contours nicely to my neck after just a few uses. It’s noticeably eased the tightness I’d get from desk work.
