HydraProtein

I've been using this after my workouts and the hydration effect lasts noticeably longer than other powders I've tried. The single-serve packets make it easy to toss in my gym bag.

I was skeptical about trying a nutritional supplement, but the texture of this protein powder mixes instantly with no clumps whatsoever. It's been a solid addition to my morning routine after workouts.

It mixes up noticeably smoother in water than the powder I had before, which makes it easier to drink right after a session. The only downside is the container could use a better scoop to measure consistently.
