HydroVital 補水電解質

I’ve been using this for my morning runs and I’m actually surprised how quickly it dissolves—no clumps at the bottom of my bottle. The taste is subtle enough that it doesn't ruin the flavor of my water, which is a big win for me.

I keep a few packets in my gym bag for the days I forget to drink water until noon, and the electrolytes dissolve in cold water without any gritty leftover. The standard size is handy for tossing in a lunchbox too.

Took one packet after a long run in the heat and felt noticeably less wiped out than usual. The standard option is easy to stash in my gym bag, and there's no chalky aftertaste like some others I've tried.
