Norwegian BioLabs 黃金薑黃牛奶

I’ve been drinking this warm before bed every night for two weeks now, and the texture is surprisingly creamy for a powdered mix. It’s become my favorite little ritual — even the label’s minimalist design makes me feel like I’m in a spa.

I usually find turmeric drinks have a gritty aftertaste, but this one mixes so smoothly and the warm, golden color is really appealing. It’s become my go-to evening wind-down drink.

The texture is really smooth and creamy, not gritty like some other turmeric drinks I've tried. I've been mixing it into my morning coffee for a subtle warmth that's become a nice little ritual.
